Here is a summary extract of the discrimination points provided by the Home Office Nationality Policy team during our engagement in December 2020. They clearly understand what the discrimination is and, what in terms of legislation, needs to be done to correct these hurtful, discriminatory anomalies. Let us hope they move forward on this in 2021 and bring into fruition further amendments to the BNA 1981, bringing to an end this injustice.
