Here's what can you do to help make a change!

Now that you have had a chance to read these posts, I think you get the clear picture as to what this is all about, and how important it really is. It is our hope that you are in agreement that this continued discrimination and lack of parity which is regulated & overseen by the British government in conjunction with the respective Territories governments is, obscenely wrong.

Denying children their birthright, their opportunity to feel embraced and officially recognised by their father's home country, goes against the grain of common sense and common decency. We all know the British Nationality laws are riddled with historical discrimination, designed to keep people excluded while others get included. Right now, Post Brexit, the UK is far more concerned about residency rights of EU citizens, than its own Territories, which have far closer ties to mainland UK. Often these motives are very questionable, indeed.

Back in the 50's & 60's, the British government did not think twice when it needed economic migrants to come work in the UK. My father was one of those people who was denied the right to come back and enjoy a prior abode of 8 years because of the hateful Immigration Act 1971. It should stop treating the Territories children of descent as step child no one wants to hang around with! Why allow one group of the same category of people the right to register, and then continue to deny others who are of unmarried BOTC descent through the father?

Here's what you can do to help: If you are the Press, write about the subject passionately, ask questions of people in power, challenge them, don't let our elected & government officials off the hook!

If you are a regular person, write to your elected officials in the UK, the Home Office, Government Ministers, MP's Members of the House of Lords etc., and in your Territory, write or telephone your Premiers and other leaders of political parties. Demand these laws be changed, and changed soon. tell them to start conversations so legislation amendments can be made to right this wrong. Demand full parity.

If you use social media, like Facebook or Twitter, re-post & re-tweet any of our action messages.

Lastly, if you are person who is affected directly by this, or if you know others who are, tell them to reach out to us, we want to hear your story, we want to stand up for you.

Our contact details are at the top and bottom of each of these pages.

Thank you for your support. It is finally time to stop treating illegitimate children, now adults, as second class citizens
